The 3 year DCFM Volume Based VIP Partner Program includes agreed quotas, KPIs, and specialized development of an open standardized data interchange format that would allow you to interface your systems directly with those of your maintenance partners allowing electronic receipt of orders, automated updates for response, notes & job closure to be entered back into your system, and invoicing.
